Before you begin.

Do I need to know how to manage a server?

No. You choose your code and settings. Ghost Deploy handles the server work needed to keep the application online.

What can I deploy?

Ghost Deploy supports Laravel, Node.js, React, WordPress and other common frameworks. Setup checks your project and suggests suitable settings.

Can I use a private GitHub repository?

Yes. You choose which repositories Ghost Deploy can access, and you can change that permission later.

Can I connect my own domain?

Yes. Connect domains and subdomains you own. Every application also receives a free Ghost Deploy address.

Are databases and backups available?

Plans can include managed MySQL or PostgreSQL databases and automatic backups. Check the allowance on each plan.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Move to another available plan as your needs change.

Do I need to buy a domain before deploying?

No. Your application receives a Ghost Deploy address. You can connect your own domain when you are ready.

How do I choose the right hosting plan?

Compare your app, database and storage needs with the plan allowances. Contact us if you are unsure which setup fits your project.

Can I keep different projects organised separately?

Workspaces help organise projects and their services. Choose the appropriate workspace when setting up your hosting.
