Am I paying for a mailbox or each email?
You pay for a mailbox, such as [email protected]. It can hold many messages within its storage allowance.
Do I need my own domain?
Business email uses a domain you own. You can buy a domain here or connect an existing one.
Can I buy email without hosting?
Yes. Email is available on its own; you do not need to buy website hosting.
How much storage should I choose?
Consider how much email and how many attachments you keep. Check the storage allowance shown for each mailbox before choosing.
Can my team have separate addresses?
Yes. Choose the number of mailboxes you need so each person can have their own address.
How do free domain mailboxes work?
Eligible purchased domains include three mailboxes; eligible connected domains include one. These mailboxes are restricted to the qualifying domain, and the offers do not stack.
What should my first email address be?
Choose an address people can remember, such as [email protected], or use your name for a personal business address.
Does buying a domain automatically move my old email?
No. Existing messages and email settings need a separate migration plan. Keep access to your old service until the move is complete.
Do attachments use mailbox storage?
Yes. Attachments count towards the storage used by your messages. Large files can fill a mailbox faster than text-only email.
