YOUR NAME. YOUR SPACE.
Bring your domain.
Keep your name. Get one eligible mailbox for that domain.
A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING
Good questions.
Can I keep my current domain provider?
Yes. Bringing your domain means connecting a name you already own. You do not need to buy it again.
What do I need to connect my domain?
You need access to its domain settings. Follow the setup steps in your account to verify ownership and connect it.
Is a mailbox included?
An eligible connected domain can receive one mailbox for that domain. Verification and setup are required, and domain mailbox offers do not stack.
Will connecting my domain affect existing email?
It can if you change email settings. Keep your existing email records unless you are deliberately moving your email service.
How soon will my changes appear?
Domain changes can take time to reach everyone. Your setup status helps you check whether the connection is ready.
Where do I renew my domain?
Renew it with your current domain provider unless you separately transfer its registration.
Do I need to move my website too?
Connecting a domain does not automatically move a website. Choose which service you want it to point to and follow that service's setup steps.
Can I connect a subdomain?
For hosting, you can connect a subdomain you control, such as app.yourdomain.com. Follow the instructions for that application.
What if someone else manages my domain?
Ask them to help with the required settings. You will need their cooperation to verify ownership and complete the connection.
What should I check after connecting?
Check that your website opens at the intended address and that your existing email still works. Review any remaining setup tasks in your account.
